30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. This means:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
- Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage, or are missing components, will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items or items purchased during special promotions.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
